Family roots in poultry processing

In 1999, Claudine Godin and Jean-Paul Floriot founded DeliFlair, drawing on over 35 years of combined experience in poultry breeding and processing. Initially serving retail clients, the business pivoted to wholesale food products a few years later. Over time, it has consolidated its long-term relationships with raw material suppliers to broaden its offering.

For nearly 25 years, DeliFlair has set itself apart with the quality of its products and its exceptional client service. Today, with their sons Olivier and Étienne having joined the company, its commitment to family and the relationships that have defined its success endures.

In 1999, Claudine Godin and Jean-Paul Floriot founded DeliFlair, based on more than 35 years of cumulative experience in poultry farming and processing. In the beginning, the company developed products for the retail market and then, a few years later, focused on its role as a food wholesaler. Over the years, the company has maintained long-standing relationships with its raw material suppliers to expand its product offering.

For more than 20 years now, DeliFlair has distinguished itself by the quality of its products while providing one of the best customer services on the market.

The arrival in recent years of two of their sons, Olivier and Etienne Floriot, will ensure the long-term succession of the family business as well as the continuity of the business relationships established since the very beginning.

DeliFlair’s next chapter

In 2022, the company’s owners decided to change governance, handing the business down to their sons Étienne and Olivier after working alongside them for a number of years. This transition aims to guarantee the company’s long-term future and ensure that the next generation takes over.
